Former Serena Software Executive Carl Landers Joins Conversica as Chief Marketing Officer

FOSTER CITY, CA - (March 26, 2015) – Conversica, the leading provider of sales conversion management software for marketing, inside sales and sales, announced today that Carl Landers has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Landers will oversee all strategic, operational and financial aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including corporate marketing, demand generation, communications and events.

Prior to joining Conversica, Landers was Chief Marketing Officer at Serena Software, a leading provider of software development solutions to the Global 2000. He joined Serena as VP of product marketing and demand generation after serving in a similar role at CA Technologies in the company’s portfolio management business unit. Lander’s previous experience includes senior marketing, product management and product development roles at Niku Corporation, Tyco International and Raychem Corporation, and startups Perfect Commerce and Zoho Corporation. Landers holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University.
