Conversica Recognized for Technology Leadership in Service Marketing

Foster City, CA - (June 16, 2016) Conversica, the only provider of artificial intelligence-based lead engagement software for marketing and sales, was just named a 2016 Technology Leadership Award winner by Dealer Marketing Magazine in the category of Service Marketing. The awards recognize innovative technology solutions in nine key dealership operations categories, including Service Marketing, Auto Financing, Call Tracking, Customer Relationship Management, Mobile Solutions, Online Advertising, Social Media and Website Design.

Independent industry experts Joe Webb and Bill Playford of DealerKnows Consulting oversaw the review and selection process. To ensure the worthiness of the nominated vendors and guarantee an unbiased judging process, Webb and Playford hand-selected a panel of 11 automotive retail experts in dealership roles. The panel reviewed the nominees and scored them using multi-question criteria to assess the novelty, problem-solving qualities, ease of use, and value of their products and services.
